Facial Treatments and Therapies
Our Aestheticians offer a variety of skin care treatments which are coordinated with Dr. Weissmann and Dr. Mehrel to achieve the best results. Patients who are looking for guidance regarding the best way to treat and maintain their skin will be directed as to how to manage their individual skin care needs.
We offer the BioPeel™, which is our signature treatment. The BioPeel™ is a revolutionary breakthrough approach to 21st Century skincare. The BioPeel™, used in conjunction with the Molekül® Skincare line helps to support the skin’s immunity in defense against environmental challenges; addresses inflammation in acne, rosacea, hypersensitive skin, and aids in the reversal of visible signs of skin aging and its manifestations, such as pigmentary changes and wrinkles.
This ground-breaking treatment utilizes Probiotics, which according to the “American Academy of Dermatology, is the biggest beauty breakthrough this Century”. When Probiotics enter the skin, they re-open the conversation among the cells that have shut down due to the manifestations of aging, and corrects the skin from the inside out, leaving the skin with a radiant, healthy glow, and little to no down time.
The elegant Molekül® Skincare line, with its exclusive ingredients, protects, corrects, awakens and maintains the skins youthful appearance.
Targeting specific conditions
Treatments are coordinated between doctor and esthetician.
Oily and acne prone skin
Our treatments include the use of different acids to target overactive sebaceous glands and free the skin from blemishes. Oxygen treatments prove effective in helping to clear acne conditions as the bacteria responsible for acne are reduced in the presence of oxygen. The treatments will also promote healing in acne prone skin, helping to avoid scaring. After resolving the acne, microdermabrasion is used to repair the damaged skin.
A variety of factors can contribute to melanin production; they include factors such as pregnancy, hormones (birth control pills), medications, and inflammatory skin diseases. Most hyperpigmentation occurs in the epidermis and can therefore respond to lightening agents as well as customized treatments. Patients will normally respond to treatments within 1 to 3 months.
Sun damaged, prematurely aged skin
A variety of customized peels and exfoliative procedures (TCA series, "blue Peel", Retinol Peel, MCP, Micro Dermabrasion) help to stimulate new collagen formation, and reverse skin aging when combined with a home care regimen, individually adjusted using our exclusive Molekül product line.
